This form is for nominating for a position on the ARC Committee.

Nominations must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the Annual General Meeting.

Note that incumbent Committee Members do not need to complete this form.

Note that all general members are assigned an area of responsibility such as social events, regattas, bar manager, maintenance etc.

Please describe areas that you might be interested in contributing towards, as well as any particular skills that might be relevant.

All nominations need to be seconded by another Member.

Under Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2027, Committee Members are required to have a Working With Children Check. Some roles are also have mandatory reporting obligations.

I don't have a WWCC. (The Club will arrange this for you - no cost involved).

Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Committee Members must be registered with the Liquor Licensing Commission as a Responsible Person. This requires you to have Responsible Service of Alcohol training (with records on file)

I have undertaken RSA training and have the records available.

I haven't done RSA training or I can't find the record - The club will arrange you to do the training (~2hours online) and re-imburse any costs.

As a minimum committment, Committee Members are expected to attend monthly meetings, which are generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
